Running inconjunction with the VJ-POD systems is this Lego robotic construction made using standard Lego blocks and motors. Retro fitted is an LCD screen and camera. LCD is slung from a stand. Camera turret sits on a carriage that runs along cogged tracks. Hacked standard telephone anti-twist couplings allow camera turret to be rotated infinitely whilst still delivering signal unfettered. All motor control is interfaced via the DACTA Control Lab PC software which utilities a modular LOGO like OO programing language. The scripted control allows repeatable and precise control of the cameras (X, Y, Z) axis relative to the monitor. The Reality Engine is a physical manifestation of the video feedback and Mandelbrot equation Z^2+C=Z.
